Gary R. Wapinski has over 40 years of lending experience. Gary was a founder and director of a community bank. Gary is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker. Gary also has over 40 years of experience as a real estate developer. He has been involved as an owner of over $400 million of real estate deals. With Gary’s diverse background he is able to structure deals that work for both the lender and the real estate investor.
